Paula Cisewski
Paula Cisewski (Shih-Zev-ski) is a poet, educator, artist, and one half of Beauty School Editions, a small experimental poetry press. She is the author of six books and several chapbooks, including The Becoming Game (a 2026 Minnesota Book Award Finalist), Ghost Fargo (selected for the Nightboat Poetry Prize by Franz Wright), and Quitter, (winner of the Diode Poetry Prize). She has been awarded fellowships and residencies from organizations including the Jerome Foundation, the Minnesota State Arts Board, the Oberholtzer Foundation, and the Banfill-Locke Center for the Arts. Her poems have been widely published in literary magazines, featured on Verse Daily, and included in the anthologies Privacy Policy: The Anthology of Surveillance Poetics, Rocked by the Waters: Poems of Motherhood, Rewilding: Poems for the Environment, Beyond the Frame, and New Poetry from the Midwest.
Haley Lasché
Haley Lasché is the co-owner, co-founder and co-editor of the poetry press Beauty School Editions and the founder, editor and designer of Concision Poetry Journal. She has two poetry chapbooks: Where It Leads (Red Bird Chapbooks) and Blood and Survivor (Locofo Chaps). Her debut poetry collection, ONE is a forest bath of poetry published by Beauty School in 2023.
Raymond Luczak
Raymond Luczak is the author and editor of over 40 books, including 14 full-length poetry collections such as [Exeunt.] (Beauty School Editions) and Animals Out-There W-i-l-d (Unbound Edition Press). Anthologies that he’s edited include Feet in the Waves: Poems of Lake Superior (Modern History Press) and Deaf Poetry Now!!! (Handtype Press). His work has appeared in Poetry, Prairie Schooner, and elsewhere. A Zoeglossia Poetry Fellow, he lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Elisabeth Workman
Elisabeth Workman is a poet with a background in dance. Her works include Scries (Beauty School Editions); Endlessness Is No Desolation (Dusie Press), ULTRAMEGAPRAIRIELAND (Bloof Books), and a dozen chapbooks. She teaches at MCAD, and lives across the river in a jungle with a small troupe of formidables (2 daughters, 2 cats).
